Entrepreneurship has shaped how I build and help.
I grew up watching my parents live the entrepreneurial life — its dreams and its struggles both. So when I left my job in 2013 to leap into entrepreneurship myself, it was really about being of service to others chasing their own dreams.
I learned to build a startup from the ground up, and came to know the ecosystems that hold founders up along the way. I'm still an entrepreneur today — and over the years I've found that the most effective way to help is by supporting the organizations already in place for entrepreneurs.
Today, my primary work is Peership — understanding how people build trust, learn from one another, and grow together. That work grew directly from spending years alongside entrepreneurs, and this page is where I keep track of it.

I work with universities and innovation centres to strengthen entrepreneurship education, founder support, and healthy innovation ecosystems.

Since 2013 I've supported entrepreneurs through mentoring, facilitation, workshops, teaching, and peer groups.
This includes InFounders, accelerators, university programs, entrepreneurship competitions, and innovation centres — hearing the real, behind-the-scenes stories of the journey, and helping wherever I can.
