So am I!

WHAT I DO

I support entrepreneurs & their ecosystems

I  am the CEO of InFounders, a company that runs CEO peer groups.

It gives me the privilege to hear the real, behind-the-scenes stories of entrepreneurship.
Having built a few companies myself, I know just how exciting, & yet very demanding, the journey can be.

Witnessing the hardships involved fuels my passion for supporting fellow entrepreneurs and programs that empower them.

FOLKS I’VE COLLABORATED WITH

Below is where I keep track of how I support entrepreneurs

I’ve had a rich and fun journey working with entrepreneurs over the years.

These days, I mostly work with universities to help them build solid entrepreneurial programs.
I occasionally also teach and mentor.

Highlights

  • I advised a university on its overall entrepreneurship presence and approach, working with them to design their new entrepreneurship vision and offerings.
  • I was the Associate Director of Entrepreneurship and an Entrepreneur in Residence at York University, where I spearheaded the launch of the largest accelerator for women entrepreneurs in Canada.
  • I was the special advisor to the Dean of Business at Seneca College to support its transformation towards sustainability (affecting 10,000 students and six business schools).
  • I co-launched and co-led a new Shad campus at York University, supporting exceptional high school students experience entrepreneurship & university-level STEAM.
  • I hosted Mastermind Express, a monthly (sold-out!) event for a community of 20,000 entrepreneurs in Toronto.
  • I often guest lecture, mentor, or judge.

IMPACT ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Entrepreneurship can

change the world

In a world facing massive challenges, entrepreneurship can be a powerful tool for creating impactful solutions. Innovation can solve, heal, and protect, in incredible ways.

Moreover, a kinder and more sustainable world also requires business leaders to better align business practices with ethical values — across all sectors, not just within entrepreneurship.

Otto Scharmer has fascinating work on this topic.

Our world urgently needs change.

I’m passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and leaders move the needle and creating the impact we direly need. 🌍❤️
